Trips and Visits
Our staff enable children to contextualise their learning by leaving the school site and making educational visits at least three times a year.
We know children learn best when they can apply their learning to real life experiences. Our locality and proximity to London and the South East provide us with a wealth of appropriate sites and experiences.
Lessons in class also reflect this approach. We are always delighted to invite visiting speakers or workshop providers to bring the learning alive.
Each year, our Year 5 and 6 pupils have the opportunity to participate in a residential trip lasting three days.
Please visit our Latest News section to see the wide range of trips and visits that have been enjoyed by our pupils.
Families in receipt of free school meals and any other family in need will be supported with the cost of school trips. Please always speak to Mrs Lovatt-Young if you need financial assistance with any trip or visit.
